1. Fist Of Fun
BBC2 comedy programme which ran for two series in 1995 and 1996, starring Stewart Lee and Richard Herring. It was released on DVD in 2011-2012 by Go Faster Stripe.
 
 [Related Image] Bill Cashmore, who played Snapper-Jack, Honesty Bartram and Bhal-Shebah in Series 8 of Knightmare, appeared in a number of sketches on Fist Of Fun (including a fable about a famous racing tortoise).
 
 [Related Image] One of these sketches was filmed at the Weald and Downland Open Air Museum, familiar to Knightmare fans as the village of Wolfenden, and even featured a wolf like those which gave the Wolfglade its name.
 
 [Related Image] Lawrence Werber, who played Cedric and Casper in the first two series of Knightmare, appeared in a sketch in the second episode of Fist Of Fun (previously included in the unaired TV pilot from 1994). This time he played a vicar instead of a monk.
